Assuming the player's account is correct - and as it appears corroborated by a third party I can't see how it couldn't be - then I'm hopeful he does a bit more than that.

About seven and a half grand's worth more, to be precise.

To be precise, he's an affiliate representative as opposed to a customer support rep.

Do we have a time scale for his "the casino's decision is final, and we consider the matter ended" response, so we can move the issue on?

I was not given a specific timetable, but I will look into it.

I apologize as I can not force their hand, but I will stay on them until at least such time as we (or the player) get's a response.

I am sad to report that I did in fact hear back from Ben about this case, and he forwarded me a response from Louise who was assigned to handle the response from the casino.

Since there is a little bit of private information in the response iself I will not post it in it's entirity, but will send it to the player.

Embalu, I am sorry that it took so long to get a response, but I think it was mostly delayed by Ben taking a bit of time away when he got married, and it was also delayed an extra day for me to respond over here, since I was in contact with Ben at another forum.

Bens response:

Quote:
Hi,

here is her response.

This is from a long time ago (December 200 - There were discussions after discussions about these players and this one and the decision was final to not pay the player. The player received his deposits amount back to his Moneybookers account.

He already made a complain about it on Casinomeister and we told Max (the guy who runs the pitch-a-bitch' service) that the player will not be paid out:

The decision has been not to pay out this player.

As stated in our terms and conditions in number 6:

"In addition, Rushmore/Cherry Red/Slots Oasis Casino reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in Rushmore/Cherry Red/Slots Oasis Casino account under any of the following circumstances: ... If you provide false and or misleading information used to open Rushmore Casino account. "

Therefore, it is 'case closed' for some of these players. We reserve the right to void winnings of players that provide us with incorrect or false details:

Private information removed

Regards,
Louise.

A couple of questions come to mind after reading that.

2000 and What? It says 200x.

This player was involved with some others in some sort of scheme?
Is that what this means?

I think further clarification is needed. JMO.

If the player was involved in something more than a simple address issue, then that needs to be presented.

If there is more to the story, then it should be explained.
The player posted the issue here for us to resolve, so there is no breach of confidentiality on the part of Rushmore for providing details. JMO
