Sassy1,

We are not associated with any other site. We run our own stand alone site, make our own rules, run our own promotions, have our own staff. We do use the ecom of a network that offers it as a solution to having to put up your own ecommerce. This decision was made because the ecom was well established and works well for US players.

1. You give everyone a free $25 automatically upon sign-up. It appears that the only game one can play on that free $25 is bingo; no slots or side games. The $25 bonus is non-cashable. Therefore, when I play bingo, if I win, I am stealing pots from others who have deposited. If I were to deposit, I wouldn't like all of the testers taking away my pots with their free $25 bonus money either. If you wish to give people free money to test the games, could I suggest $5 to reduce the impact to the depositing players?

We have our pots set to return 80% of everything wagered on the bingo games to offset this. Our pots are able to be built with cash wagers as well as BB wagers and are completely paid into the players account as cash. Even though a person who is using their free trial money to play may win of course, they also are contributing money to the size of the pots the players are winning making them even larger. The depositing players are winning more money when they win than if the people who are testing the site were not playing, so it is a pretty fair exchange.

2. You are currently offering a 500% first deposit bonus. That is very similar to virtual casinos and is also how 123Bingo and Bingoknights avoids payouts...giving large bonuses to make cashing out almost impossible. Play through on any games but bingo are 12x play through. It's almost impossible to play through enough to cash out. What about reducing the percentage of bonuses while at the same time reducing play through? Other sites using the same software (i.e. Bingobilly) have 1x playthrough.
Each site may have their own ways of doing business. We do offer bigger bonuses for first time depositors and of course this is meant to give players a good reason to give us a chance. There are several types of players out there, and many of them enjoy the chat games, want to spend time socializing with their friends, and use the chat room to enjoy their day with friends. We LOVE the player who comes in with a $25 deposit and can play all night while enjoying themselves for little more than ordering a pizza. We have tons of winners, I just processed cash outs today and the players are having no problem making playthrough and winning! The amount of bonus you receive just means you need to play a little longer before you cash out, not that you can not cash out. Our system is also set up to tell you exactly how much you have wagered at any given moment by checking your profile. So if you are wanting to make a withdrawal there is no mystery to the how much you need to wager to do so. We do our best to treat our players very fairly and provide the best customer service for each and every player!

There are other sites that offer little bonus for your deposit, and of course any player can decide for themselves which is best for them. We provide a higher bonus, which means more bang for your buck, you have more time to play and more chances to win while playing on "our" money when your money is gone. We have a 3X playthrough on bingo simply because we do offer the higher bonus AND we return so much money to our players in our bingo games. It is a fair exchange for all the perks we offer.

3. I see a problem with your 30 day deposit rule regarding cashouts, especially since you only process cashouts 1 day a week.
Having a current deposit is a necessity, we do payout once weekly and there are very few players who actually would deposit and not play their deposit in a month's time. The reason for this limit is the amount of time that game logs are stored to calculate playthrough.

Our rules and FAQ's are all in place now. They were still working on the site with your first post

Thanks for your concerns and I hope you give us a shot!

Hi Coach,

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. You seem to be a very intelligent and caring employee and the site should be proud to have you on board. Unfortunately, after giving the site a try, I'm afraid I won't be a depositing player. When I find a site I like and trust I stay there for years and am a regular depositer. With a few changes, your site could possibly have had my business, but there are too many issues there for me to become a 'regular.'

Yes, large bonuses increase the playing time. I could live with the 3x play through on bingo, but not the 12 x play through on the side games. If I deposit $25 and get your 500% bonus, I'd have to play through $1,500 to cash out. I don't want to work that hard. I did do some research and found out that I can't decline a bonus, so that isn't an option.

As far as the new player $25 non-cashable bonus, that is my number one reason for not choosing your place to play at. If you want to give new players a chance to test your games, you could open a free room. Yes, I understand what you are saying about their bonus money making the pots larger, but I'm not willing to sit in a room competing with half of the room that is playing on free money and winning the pots taking away from the depositing players. To make matters worse, I logged into my account this morning to find out you stuck another $15 in my account that I didn't ask for. I've played at places that did stuff like that before, and the reasons the site did that, was so that I constantly had bonus money in my account complicating play through requirements and ability to cash out.

I do wish you well, but I believe we will be hearing about your site in the future when people who don't read or understand the terms have trouble cashing out due to outlandish bonuses and unasked for bonuses who are then upset.

Hi Sassy1,

The additional $15 was an additional Free Trial that we emailed our players on who had not deposited yet. The reason we do this is so they had a chance to take another look at the site since some had signed up within the first few days of us being open and all the rules and FAQ pages were still being added to the site. The $15 in no way would impact playthrough since it was only given to non-depositing players in order to come and check the site out again. We do not add bonuses to depositing players accounts in order to up their playthrough, that isn't what we are about.

There are certainly tons of sites out there that have tons of philosophies on what they feel players want. We are not the 1000% deposit bonus type that never gives players a real chance to cash out. We are not the 15% deposit bonus type that has players constantly having to deposit in or to play. We are the meet in the middle type that gives our players a healthy bonus, the ability to stretch their entertainment dollars and still be able to cash out. We even have a program in place that shows them at any given point how many times they have played through their deposit and bonus.

I understand and appreciate that this may not be the set up that you are particulary looking for and I wish you the best of luck wherever you decide to call your bingo home. I also appreciate that you are speaking for yourself and not the masses, we have so many players who have already joined us that were looking for exactly what we have to offer.

Unlike a lot of sites we do put all our rules right there on the homepage so that a person can read through them easily before they ever need to decide to sign up with us. It's our personal philosophy that we like to have our players informed and supported. We don't want anything to come as a shock to them.

You seem like a very smart player, the type who takes the time to read the rules and make a decision for themselves whether it is for them or not, and I commend you for that. I'm sorry that what we have doesn't meet your personal needs, and I hope you find a home that gives you exactly what you are looking for.

Thank you again for your time and review,

~Lynn
