It just goes to show you that we tend to get very excited about legalized gambling expanding both online and more legal Las Vegas style sportsbooks throughout the country here in America but it tends to be stagnant. Since 2011 there have been 6 new states that have legalized gambling and over 30 new Casinos and resorts opened.
Since that time not one extra sportsbook with the exception of the Delaware Park NFL Parlay cards. Hell there was even a
show about sports betting on CNBC with that Steve Stevens guy and that still didn't motivate America to move forward with legalization of online sports betting despite the Commissioner of the
NBA's Adam Silver stating that it is inevitable and that he promotes it. Oh I can only see the amount of ad dollars spent.
Here we are 4 years after this post and little to no progress and sports handicapping or consulting (however you want to spin it) is one of the only things that is still legal to do worldwide in the gambling industry.
