Hi Caruso

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but it could have to do with the fact that I've been in and out of the office in the last week working on a project that I'm heading so I haven't had time to reply to many emails...

I did mention to the player in response to the very first email he sent me two days ago that I've forwarded his email over to customer support and they would get back to him.. Since then I see he has sent me almost 10 emails in 2 days, which I have forwarded them all over to customer support and risk management.

I have also been told that someone contacted him when I sent our guys the first email he sent me, but it seems he has continued to email me, rather than to the person who got in contact.

I emailed the player again this morning letting them know that I've forwarded all of his emails again and that someone will be in contact with him shortly.

Nothing bizarre going on here.. Just that the player was emailing the wrong person (me) who has not had total access to emails.

Edit: Most of these emails were sent to me while I was sleeping too btw.. Not sure the player realises we are in Australia. You may want to let him know if you speak to him before they get back to him.

OK, things seem a bit more in order now that I've received some more information. It seems I received an inaccurate report from somewhere.

One way or another, either the player or I will draw a definitive line under this one before long.

Good job dude. I seem to think affiliates need to do more then forum blasts when a program rips off affilaites. I am not saying slow pay, but rips off.

If you guys have issue with places in Costa Rica, Let me know, I will go by and visit them for you and see what I can do.

hmmm, this gives me an idea...

The misinformation I received was quoted as coming directly from you. It was very clear, and gave no impression of requiring clarification. It was the player himself, noone else, who corrected it.

I'm still waiting to hear from the player; I wish the "thing" that has to happen would happen quickly.

I'm pretty sure he does, as well.

I'm not looking after the player's account so I'm not sure what else has to happen, but the player can contact Sally to ask any questions or get any further information.
