Default best wishes for a happy holiday season

Hi all,

Big B, CPA...... I think you're two of the few I haven't sent personal PM's to .... and frankly .....I'm getting worn out ..... so I am writing this to you ....... to so many here ..... that i didn't get to personally..... that i want to wish the best of holiday seasons to .......

frankly..... I'm losing track.... you all mean so much to me.

I'm afraid I might be losing ground on this industry for reasons I won't cry about to you now ....

but I wanted to take this op to say what and how much you have all meant to me ..... how wonderful you've been to me ....

and how much i hope the best for you all.

I wish all my friends reading this ...... the very best of holidays ..... and the future.

I apologize for not sending personal PM's as you all deserve it! I just am getting a little lost on who I've contacted and who I've not ...... so I am taking this thread to let you all know ....... how much you mean ...... how much I was so damn lucky to have met some of you .......... how much i was lucky to have had the friendships i have had ..... how much I was ........damn I can't think of the word as tears are in my eyes ..... to have known .... and continue to know .... such people .......

a little emotional as i look back on things and write this all.....

you all are the best. I truly hope the best for you. you are in my prayers. and deserve it!

Big B ..... whether I'm around or not in the coming years .... I still expect to show up on your doorstep expecting a barbeque ....... - damn USA'ers. ....... eh? love you all. wish the best ......

well.... Merry Christmas to you all.

Steve.

Same to you Steve!
You've been a good friend to the industry, the players and the affiliates over the years.

We're all glad to know you, and I know you will be around for years to come!

It's not easy for some of us in the U.S. right now, myself included.
It's been a rough year for sure.

You got to keep swingin.

South Africa IS one of those places I always wanted to visit, and so I WILL eventually do so. We can sleep in tent, and hit Big B's for BBQ everyday!

You all have this view that there is a place to pitch a tent! Listen guys, we got it all. Polution, grey buildings, factories, gridlock, malls, suburbs, and more.

We also have game reserves of course but I have to take a 3 to 4 hour drive to get to a REAL nature reserve. Alternatively I can go out on a river within an hour from my house and find a hippo and crocodile for company but these rivers wind through farmlands and not formal reserves. Still, not much to complain about. Our sky is fairly clear and the smog really only hits in winter when the poorer folk hit the coal and anthracite to keep warm.

Now, no tears Mr BB1, we will do the handshake and beer thing sometime, someplace.

Based on my observations, your player numbers will begin to show an incline from now onwards and your income will start to grow again. This is NOT speculation. I have my own stats to work from. With only a small increase in traffic I am showing pretty massive growth in results. I can only assume that some doors are opening somewhere. These doors appear to be with good programs that are NOT considered in poor taste by many people at all. Good casinos, good reputations, and good results.

My fingers are crossed for you all across the pond. May your efforts be richly rewarded in 2008.

I second all of Brians comments and I'm not as good with words as Steve , Brian and CPA are , but suffice to say you are all a good bunch of people and I am honoured to know all of you not forgetting Rick too !

When you decide to come and enjoy our sunny smog in SA - Brian can do the braaing and instead of camping out on his lawn - you can come and stay in my humble abode as long as you like . Here is a picture of the swimming pool you can swim in too!! Enticing?

That works for me!

One air mattress, some beer in green bottles, and I'll camp right there by the pool!

Put some Bikini Clad gals in there, and I may never leave!

Gee the house is looking good Heather. Last time I was there to see you and Andy, the house was still a work in progress compared to that! Wow.

Ok it's settled, you guys fly out, I pick you up and do the braai (barbeque). I then drag you off to Heather's and you all end up swimming and getting sozzled by the pool.

OK folks. It's 3 more hours to Happy New Year here in sunny South Africa.

Happy New Year to you all.
