Default Club USA Casino

Hmm

I must admit that I expect some fancy stuff when I deal with a Microgaming Casino. Good e-mail correspondence, weekly offers, a loyalty package, and so forth. Playtech casinos seem to have the mailers working with regular specials too. It's RealTime Gaming where the whole lot usually falls apart.

However, I downloaded and made a small deposit at Club USA and blow me if they didn't phone me just to ask if I was happy!

Look, I am a webmaster and I make my living by designing websites with as much information in them as possible. I have 3 full time staff who literally work full day just making things tick. I personally work from 8am to about 1am every day. My co members here will confirm this! With this in mind, you have to realise just how serious I am about putting a "Good One" on my front page. Google, MSN, and Yahoo almost always recognise the front page for the really good terms. Traffic to inner pages is generally a result of what arrived on the home page in the first place. Again, I reiterate, who do you place on the front page? Some crowd with 40% commission and an average reputation or someone like Club USA with a lower, more realistic percentage, who spent the rest of their budget training their staff!

I know who my new favorite is for sure

It's been 2 months since I joined Club USA. Since the phone call I have had a few mailers from them. Always polite, always with some good news, and always read before deleting. I also cashed out a few hundred and was really surprised when they later just added a free "Well Done" bonus into my account. A lady called to tell me I had money to spend LOL

Seriously guys, I like these Club USA people. I am not going to add my affiliate link here. I am simply going to say they are great!

Thumbs up

I signed up at Club USA about 2 months ago.

I never have been a real fan of RTG casinos... I go all the way back to 2000... when just about 9 out of every 10 RTG casinos were "rogues"... and I was a bit leary to try this one... but I read a few good reports about them on the Casinomeister forum... so I figured since I'm a "gambler"... I'd give them a shot...

Club USA turned out to be one of the best run casinos I've ever played at. The few minor "glitches" I had were promptly and professionally handled.

The cash out time is by far the fastest of any casino I've ever played at.

I use INSTADEBIT as my method of depositing. My cash outs are sent directly to INSTADEBIT... the average time from when I initiate the cashout until it is posted in my INSTADEBIT account is... 30 minutes.

Customer Service is prompt and efficient in all e-mail correspondence I've had with them.

I can't find one thing about Club USA that I would change. They have "got it right" to start with... and it's a pleasure playing at a casino that I can trust to do the right thing.

I give them a BIG...

WOW guys

This really justifies my faith in Jason (affiliate manager) who virtually talked me into listing his casino Club USA.

I like him a lot (except for that Manchester accent which is a bit tough here and there) and he even calls just to chat sometimes. The Aussies and the Pommies - Limeys to you - really do get along in spite of what they may say.

I'm so glad to hear that his casino is pleasing its players and will definitely continue to give them good exposure.

Thank you for posting your great positive reports

Me again,

Please will either of you look at your casino install in your programs folder and see if there's an uninstall.

We have a thing going on at the other forum, Liz amateur and I, about the fact that RTGs are not providing an uninstall and players have to go through a whole rigmarole to get them out of their hard drives.

We are writing special pages to warn players and offer them an uninstall method.

All I need is to have my players mad at me because they can't get rid of the bloody RTG casino.

Maybe I should post this in another forum - but while I'm here, this is what we know so far :

Uninstall - Atlantic Lounge soon, Wager Profits, Sureturn

No Uninstall - 49er

No Uninstall - Casinova

Awaiting more info on Wager Junction, GW, iNetBet, and any more I don't list.

The RTG's that have the uninstall (Silversands has it) are not on the same platform I think. I am not sure how it works but those casinos that are marketed on the new software tracking seem to have no uninstall button whereas those that use the old tracking software (like Silversands and SciFi) still have the uninstall option on the menu

Now, it took me an age to update the new games so I really don't want to uninstall 49er or Club USA. Has anyone tried using the Control Panel add/remove function?

For the record, rather than something sinister, I reckon some programmer needs their butt paddled. I think this will have been an oversight.

CPA, if you still have that fellow at RTG's number, maybe you can ask him to sign up and post about this.

Rick, you may want to seperate this part of this thread and move it to the software section, especially if we can get RTG to comment. I have no doubt they will fix this.

Yea, it might be a good idea to split part of this off...(I have never split a thread so I don't know how much choices we have when doing so)

Has anyone invited Steve from RTG here? He is usch a great guy and was a joy to meet and speak with in Vegas a few years ago.

These are the exact kinds of things that he was interested in feedback about.

Rick

Thanks for giving this attention.

That's the reason this has become an issue - software does not uninstall using the Control Panel add/remove function.

Kidd posted a workaround but this means messing with the registry which is iffy at any time - particularly for players who may not be experienced with getting into the works of thier pcs. Still, it's all we've got at this time, so Liz has already posted her warning page and I'm working on mine.

I'll be interested to see the results of your interaction with Steve from RTG.
