Marty,

These rules are just too convoluted for players' benefit. It is like trying to swim in shark infested waters.

We need plainer and simpler terms so players aren't always on the side of "Oh Shit".

If these casinos are to re-establish themselves the first thing to do would be to make sure the players arent confused by the terms and conditions. A total revamp of the wordings would be a good start. Which players will have confidence when they read such vague terms? Over to you Marty.

If a payout is pending for weeks like you stated elsewhere, how quick does that status change during that process?

Does it remain in pending status during that entire time?

I understand that there is currently a lot of confusion about our terms and conditions, the goal is to create one set of terms and conditions for all the Casino’s so that there is no confusion within the brands. Currently our players that are re-depositing get re-deposit bonuses even with pending withdrawals.

I agree until our terms and conditions are more clear and standardized certain affiliates will not promote us and certain players will not re-deposit so I am trying very hard on my end to get the new terms and conditions we revamped approved and loaded onto all of the sites.

Thanks,

Marty
