Good Job Caruso
Normally I wouldn't post this but this goes above and beyond.
Without you, Caruso, this player would have been SOL. Great job. I want you on my side. I am very impressed.
Casino Rewards Denies Payout
Also of course, kudos to Renee who did the best to resolve. And it was resolved. Good job! Rewards deserves its excellent reputation.
Bottom line, player was in fault for not fully reading (though i think it was hidden to much, not players fault) and CR was at fault for not making it user friendly. Split decision.
It gives us all hope!

I agree. Good job indeed! It's good to see any positive in the games these days!
Please help us bring down Grand Prive if you can. We need all the help we can get after this last 'audit' fiasco!

How many others miss the rule and walk away?
Hey, I checked some bingo terms out the other day.
I may recover when I reach my 50's.. It's going to be a long time before I forget that experience

Thanks.
I chose to post at the GPWA, and not here, for the outreach, irrespective of the fact that the GIA has the perfect model for such a thing, and GPWA has none. In fact, I spoke to Michael about it in London, and I don't think it'd be a particular breach of confidentiality to say that he doesn't consider GPWA's remit to extend to players in a major way. That's a pity, though GPWA being an affiliate site, you can understand that.
I am absolutely of the opinion that these things should be hashed out thuswise in public, which is why I've supported J. Todd's recent in-your-face efforts which have otherwise been criticised, irrespective of our noisy disagreement in January. By far the best way is for things to be in the open. The "industry" doesn't like this, it would much rather see everything dealt with behind closed doors with a nod and a wink, papering over the cracks and whitewashing the shit. It isn't good in the long term, because the unresolved shit is still there, waiting to jump out at the wrong time. But short-sighted profit is always the way of the industry.
Still don't exactly know how to make the change, but I know this is the right way.

1st was a reference to some apparently excessively convoluted bingo terms.
2nd was a reference to the originally proposed GIA dispute mediation format.
Don't feel bad, I only live down the road from him and I often struggle.

I'd like to have a look at the numbers Mojo.
I think these types of situations happen alot.
& you then, what about you? If you can't believe your eyes, how many of your aff leads go west?
No one audits the aff leads.

There seems to have been some kind of bizarre denoument to this thing. I've had unofficial word from someone, a rather cloak-and-dagger message from the player that something's up followed by...absolutely nothing.
I'm a bit annoyed right now, as I have a quasi-impression I'm be messed around with.
The couple of people who know about this, please don't mention anything for the moment, I'll update when I finally get all sides of it...if I do.
