it is inexcusable though and good enough reason to question the casino's ethics and real motivation behind the term.
As usual, you crystalize my thoughts Jarvi!

Exactly! Why delete an account that has money in it?
You're making money on someone else's money just sitting there until they either lose it, or cash it out!

The only motivation is to rack up a few RISK free dollars, IMO.
If you are willing to take a few grand from someone on a bullshit term like this, then there is a problem with the ethics involved, or there is a financial situation that has the casino searching for ways to score a few fast bucks,......NEITHER of which is good, ethical, or reputable by any standard!

PS: I also have some of their casino links up, {No Banners or top spots}, but that really isn't the point. I had a few issues with the original changeover to C-Planet that no one cared to resolve, so I pretty much dropped the lot quite a while ago as far as top spots are concerned.

I still do have a couple of text links up though. I think a lot of people do because there haven't been many complaints until this one that I am aware of.

Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I think your right Nick, I do not recall seeing much in the way of complaints about them either....

I was thinking they were one of the good rtg groups.

If they are STEALING players money they are not one of the 'good' ones. They MUST give that money back to the player! I don't care if it's in the T/C's or not. If it was me, I'd be all OVER that!!

Yes Rick, I have a couple of c-planets properties up, but Rushmore was
removed a couple of days ago.

I am NOT saying I approve of this particular term, just that it does exist.

I like many others would like to see such a term removed from ALL properties that has it, or at least add that they will contact the player BEFORE closing a dormant account, to give the player a chance to withdraw or play any balance.

note:
may not be around for awhile to respond to anything directed at/to me.

Sounds like we are all on the same page!

Who wants to make contact?
I would, but honestly, I'm pressed hard for time to stay on it properly.

I will ask Ben for some input, although so far they have been silent about this, but I do not know how much they have been asked to respond.

I have longed speculated that C-Planet would eventually be placed under watch. I do currently support them although their exposure is very limited, always cautious promoting any RTG casino.

This may very well be “do unto others before they do onto you” type scenarios. The risk is too high and I will be removing C-Planet ASAP.

The fact they are stealing players money is enough reason for me.

Hi everyone,

First of all, thanks to Rick for giving me a heads up about this thread.

On to recent events - Unfortunately, as much as I like to help out players on the forums and answer any questions people have, I can only do what is within my powers that be. The final decisions about our conditions etc are made by upper management, and at least up until now, this decision has not changed concerning the player with the dormant account.

Kind regards,

Louise
