I want to share my nice experience with you all and see if any of you have had any luck with Players Palace Casino.
I have given very little exposure with PPC and hadnt checked my stats often. I recieved an email from Grant stating that my payment method needs updated as he would like to send my earnings,
(which I was very happy and surprised how well I did) . I added him on msn as I was having problems signing in to my account. I have to say Grant was very much helpful and had my earnings sent to QT in the time of our conversation.
Its nice to see a casino manager come to you instead of us having to beg or wonder when the payment is coming, so with that said,
THANK YOU GRANT for all your help!!!

I do not promote this group, but testimonials like that make me want to look into them more.
I wonder if they would like to have a forum here....

This is a Playshare clone related to the Pharaohs clone, I believe.
I'm not sure we want white label forums, but I am open to feedback.Undecided

Nope, I agree, I am against forums for white labels also.
I thought I recognized the name but had forgotten where from.
I think white labels, if they want to be recognized here, should post under the heading of their parent program. This would help all affiliates keep a handle on the fact that they are in fact a white label and would help reduce confusion.
White labels have been known to cause problems and confusion among players, due mostly to bonus rules restricting players getting bonuses among the white labels, and because of this I think they need to be clearly defined here as well.

I've never been a fan of clones, but that said, PlayShare/CasinoShare have done a great job of keeping the confusion to a minimum.
I give them due credit for this.Thumbs Up
At the same time, it really is just one casino, one license, and in the end, one entity that bears the responsibility.

Yes all good points.
Since it is in the end only one casino, I think this is where the problems come about from the bonuses etc....and it is usually why I often will not promote clones.
Would like to see others ring in on this.

Thanks guys, I am embarrassed to say I dont know too much information about white label casinos and like I said I signed up awhile back and promoted very little.
Any information here added about white label casinos will be much appreciated.
All I know is I did better with this one casino than any other casino and with a manager contacting me to pay me just made me happy.
Thanks again.

Promoting a white-label is not always all bad.
What many of us feel is that white-labels can have their place providing they are clearly defined, especially when it comes to the way a bonus is treated and how players accounts are treated in conjunction between the two properties.
In other words, can a player have an account at both properties?
Can a player take a bonus at each property?
If a player has taken a bonus at each property and he wins at one, will he have a hassle cashing out because he took a bonus at each one?
White-labels, or skins, have caused issues over the years at other groups, so it is probably a good idea for us to discuss how we will treat them here as far as a foum goes, and maybe discuss some of the other points to better educate webmasters about them.
It's great they contacted you about your payment and says a lot about their affiliate program and their honesty.

Can a player take a bonus at each property?
Last I knew, the answer to that is no.
If a player has taken a bonus at each property and he wins at one, will he have a hassle cashing out because he took a bonus at each one?
Based the answer to the first question, then yes, there would be a problem.
Like I said though, they seem to manage the situation fairly well so far, so it seems that players understand this.
There are around 20 clones right now.

i can add a little here,
first i want to say congrats ste! i know how nice it is to collect a first time from a whale. fantastic job and if you keep working as hard as you do, more will come your way. couldn't have happened to a better gal!
as for the casinoshare clones, players can collect bonuses at 2 casinos with no problem and they will not have problems outside of the norm collecting if they hit.
grant that runs the players palace program is a good man and he does take the time to make sure his affiliates are treated fairly, i couln't ask for more out of any manager. white lable programs are all not this good and may not belong here but this one has earned a place on my sites as well.
once again, just happy to see your hard work pay off for you ste....keep up the good work!

Thanks so much joe, learn from the best ya know. :)
I thought the players could collect bonuses at 2 casinos with no problem but wasnt sure if I was right. Just so much to remember with all of this and my busy everyday life it gets overwhelmed at times.
I was very impressed with Grant and the way things were handled and more earnings this month so Im going to keep them.
Thank You again pdj Thumbs Up

Ok, I have had a chance to find out more from Grant,
Joe is correct ( doesnt surprise me), players can collect bonuses at 2 casinos with no problem, they are seperate from casinoshare/grandmondial
Also was told they will be getting our own casino id shortly, which will remove all problems related to sign up bonuses and white labels...Peace/Victory
Enjoy Your Day!

Thank you stemat and pdjoe for the kind words :)
We are a Playshare white label, but run a completely seperate company and Affiliate program. We have also put alot of work into creating an extremely strong, independant brand. Players who may already have accounts with Casinoshare and Grand Mondial are still illegible for our new player sign up bonuses, and will be attributed to your affiliate account.
We are the biggest, and fastest growing Playshare white label, and would love you to put us to the test, as we pride ourselves in our service excellence.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions you may have regarding our operation.

Thanks Grant,
First of all for putting together a program that obviously is based upon strong ethics and honesty among the affiliates and players alike.
Second, I want to thank you for creating an account here, and if you take note, I have raised your permission level to that of an Affiliate Program, and it will show in your user title shortly if it doesn't already.
As you can see by this thread, we have been discussing the good/bad points of white-labels, and it does in fact appear that you guys have handled many of these points very well.
It has been stated that within the Playshare group, players are allowed to take a total of 2 bonuses, but then you state if a player has taken one at CasinoShare and Grand Mondial that same player would still be eligible to take a bonus at Players Palace? (so your property does not follow the 2 property rule?)
I am just looking for a little better clarification here. Here is a what-if scenario. What if a player takes a bonus at 2 different white-lables before being introduce to your property? Yours would be #3 as far as white-labels, are they still able to take a bonus?

The other part of white-labels that we have not fully explored is exactly how we will handle giving white-labels a forum here at the GIA. We will be discussing this as a group among the senior members here at the GIA, and we will keep you informed of the progress of that discussion, and let you know when we make a decision as to the direction that will take.

Hi Rick,
We would obviously love to get more involved with the forums, so look forward to your decision.
To be completely upfront with you, although players can receive bonuses from Casinoshare, Grand Mondial and Players Palace, they can only receive from one of the white labels. The other white label casino's have fairly small player bases, so we have not come accross this scenario very often. On the few occassions when it has occurred, we have handled it on an individual, player by player basis, and have not had any complaints.
From an affiliates perspective, I guess it is the same as the risk you take when referring players to any of the long established casino's, as the chances are even higher that the player may have already opened an account with them in the past, and be linked to another affiliates id (and not be elligible for a sign up bonus).
We manage any potential situation very carefully, and our existing affiliate base are really not experiencing problems with this, and appear to be extremely happy with our program.
Hope this answers your questions.
Regards
Grant

Hi Grant,
We have had a discussion in the Webmaster forums, and I believe the concensus is that this particular situation is not at all like most White labels we have seen over the years.
I am convinced that Grant, and Players Palace should have a forum of their own.Thumbs Up
Rick, when you have a minute,...Make it happen!!!Laughing
